Chris Jones

Chris Jones joined Shirlaws in June 2008 based in Melbourne. Chris coaches across a wide range of industries including property management, technology, manufacturing and the professional services. He is passionate about helping organisations become high performance leaders in their sector, and has assisted many companies to create an attractive work environment for all staff.

Chris has a wealth of experience with both large multinationals and smaller enterprises spanning over 25 years working in the UK, South Africa, Belgium and Spain before moving to Australia nine years ago. He has also run his own business consulting which has allowed him to combine his commercial and people management experience.

Energy levels are kept high by keeping physically fit, especially through road cycling, and emotionally fulfilled with quality family time with his wife and two lovely girls.
