Chris Pezzimenti

Chris joined Shirlaws in April 2002 and coaches businesses in a variety of industries including Human Resources, Financial Planning, Automotive, Manufacturing, Legal, Hospitality, IT, and Building. With a flair for getting to the core of issues quickly, Chris' coaching style is focused on matching strategic plans with implementation activities so as to ensure people and businesses shift in the right direction at the right time. Chris is experienced in coaching management teams, executive management and business owners.

Chris has a variety of experience and practical skill in general management, human resource management, communication and sales. Prior to joining Shirlaws his career included a diverse range of small to medium sized business ventures. He was the General Human Resources Manager for one of Australia's largest automotive dealership groups as well as previous project management roles within the property and asset management industry.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business with double majors in International Trade and Human Resources Management. He is married with one son and loves nothing more than spending time travelling within Australia and overseas, playing most sports or relaxing in front of a movie.
