Jayne Griffiths

Jayne joined Shirlaws as a Coach in 2007. She works with mid-tier businesses across a range of professional, financial, technological and other industries. With a background in Human Resources, Jayne understands the need for businesses to have clear functionality - and is passionate about harnessing the energy and commitment of everyone in the organisation. Jayne offers her clients both energy and focus, and builds strong relationships based on trust and reinforcing her clients' own self-belief.

Jayne emigrated to Australia in 2006 and set up her own company offering wellness management services to organisations. Prior to emigrating, Jayne held a variety of senior HR positions, most recently in a large local authority in the UK. She is qualified in Human Resources and also in Strategic Management. She is a trained life and wellness coach and a competent key note speaker and facilitator.

Jayne is married with two lively Jack Russell dogs to keep her active, and loves everything about the Western Australian lifestyle.
