Mark Eggleston

Mark joined Shirlaws as a business coach in 2001 and is now part of the company's management team.  He specialises in succession planning with clients across major capitals and regional areas on Australia's eastern seaboard, especially within service-based industries such as Financial Planning - both dealer groups and individual companies - as well as Accounting, Architects, Legal, Manufacturing, Surveying, Urban Planning and Mortgage Broking.

His move to Shirlaws followed on from almost 20 years in advertising and marketing with clients such as Coca Cola, Johnson and Johnson, CSR building materials, St George, Advance Bank and Avco Finance. Mark has been the creative director of two agencies and a board member with marketing experts Rapp and Collins.

After developing and running his own marketing business for many years, Mark now works on marketing programs for the Shirlaws national business in Australia. He has a well-developed ‘nose' for business success and often facilitates and coaches his clients' strategic conferences.   He mentors new coaches for Shirlaws and is stimulated by the energy and insight that newer coaches provide.

Mark is married and the father of two teenagers, who are to blame for his greying hair. He loves a great coffee and spending time in the bush.
