Pat joined Shirlaws as a coach in 2008, she believes that creating, building and leveraging relationships is a key contributing factor of desirable business outcomes such as customer satisfaction, staff retention, productivity, profitability and competitive advantage.Typically, the employee’s commitment to their manager translates into more productive relationships between employees, teams and departments and extends externally to include customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Consequently, Pat works with businesses to help them identify the key drivers that lead to increased organisational effort, staff commitment and customer satisfaction.

Pat was initially recruited from South Africa to start-up an international conference division for a global travel brand which she grew to a turnover of $10 million. Specializing further, she joined a boutique Events Company in the role of General Manager before moving to the Flight Centre Group to support the merge and integration of three newly acquired specialist Event Organisations into a single niche business. During this time, Pat held a senior position within the Division's Executive Team and was personally responsible for overseeing its National Operations and Key Customer Retention Program working with clients such as Commonwealth Bank, MacDonald’s and AMP. Operationally she was responsible for overseeing the management of individual projects up to the value of $3,5million.

Pat holds a Masters of Business Coaching with distinction, is a keen theatre goer, enjoys a good workout at the gym and loves spending time with her family and friends
