Ray Brown

Ray joined Shirlaws in 2004.  Ray's specialty is helping clients see beyond their current reality so they can develop a broader vision for themselves and their businesses. He likes to listen and challenge.

He coaches businesses in a variety of industry sectors including Banking, Financial Planning, Legal, Real Estate, Engineering and Construction, Hospitality, IT and Manufacturing.

Ray launched his career in South Africa in the 70s before starting, building and selling a variety of businesses in Scotland. He relocated to Melbourne with his family in 2005 where he established and continues to operate a sailing business alongside his coaching activities.
