A Senior Strategy Coach with Shirlaws since 2001, Tim coaches a broad range of businesses from SME through mid-tier and large corporations. He has a broad range of practical experience across a diverse range of industries including professional services, real estate, property & planning, IT&T.
Tim's strong background in relationship management and business strategy has allowed him to drive commercial success into the businesses he coaches. Tim understands how to build relationships, develop strategy, build team and grow revenue. His passion is in coaching businesses to achieve their outcomes in these key areas.
In 2006, Tim created a Brisbane based team of coaches to service the growing SEQ region. The expanding team allows Tim to focus on addressing strategic aspects of his clients' businesses, while the support of his balanced team ensures full implementation of those priorities.
Tim's greatest strength is his ability to help clients realise the broader opportunity within their businesses while grounding them in today's reality and supporting them to achieve profitable growth. His balance of cultural and commercial outcomes drives sustained transformation.
Prior to joining Shirlaws, Tim held senior management positions including head of sales strategy for the Telstra SME Business Division and head of sales and account management for many of Telstra's key corporate clients.
Tim has a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University (Mitchell). Outside of work Tim loves spending time with his wife and two children. When time permits, there's the odd game of golf, and when the swell is kind, a surf is always welcome.
