Vanessa Fudge

Vanessa is the Chairperson as well as a Business Coach with Business Coaching firm Shirlaws.  She is also a lecturer in the Sydney Business School Applied Coaching Skills module for the Masters of Business Coaching degree.

With over 10 years coaching experience Vanessa has a strong background in supporting individuals and businesses to transform and grow.  Her focus has specifically addressed boards and partnerships and what it takes to evolve key relationships through growth periods of significant change. Incorporating issues such as strategic direction, change management, conflict resolution, work-life balance and personal resilience, Vanessa has helped many leaders to evolve their communication approach and hence their ultimate success.

As well as coaching Vanessa also presents leadership, strategy and communication workshops nationally.

Vanessa currently supports a team of Shirlaws coaches in NSW in a mentoring role as well as working directly with CEO’s, executive teams, managers, partnerships and boards to fulfill their love for business.  She is passionate about “leaders creating leaders” and supporting her clients to go beyond what they have believed to be possible.

Prior to joining Shirlaws Vanessa ran a Change Management Consulting Firm advising corporations on their strategic change processes in the fields of finance, banking and insurance and federal and local government.  Part of establishing this business required extensive training in the US with ODR (Organisational Development Resources) to acquire Advanced Practitioner Status in the worlds leading behavioural change management methodology.

Vanessa is also the mother of two boys.
