Master of Business Coaching

Master of Business Coaching

The Shirlaws frameworks provide our clients with powerfully simple business tools that can be applied to individuals, teams and whole businesses to support change and growth. Shirlaws believes that coaching is the key to integrating different methodologies to achieve success, and supports initiatives such as the Master of Business Coaching at the Sydney Business School that pursue that aim.

Shirlaws worked closely with the Sydney Business School, from the University of Wollongong, to help create, design and deliver their world first Master of Business Coaching initiative. The MBC was designed to support a broad range of people interested in business coaching, from those currently or seeking to work as business or executive coaches, to managers and executives themselves seeking to develop coaching skills as part of their business skills.

Master of Business Coaching Shirlaws Graduates

Shirlaws was particularly pleased in 2009 when a large group of our coaches graduated from the course - all are now qualified as Masters of Business Coaching, an industry leading qualification.

Photographed above with Chris Dionne, a Shirlaws founding partner and a key driver in the MBC initiative, are (L-R) graduates Lynn Jenkin, Wayne Condon, Pat Skalsky, Rob Pillans, Charmion Ingram, Brett Heasman and Andrew Mackenzie.
