Refund policy for event registrations via the Shirlaws Website

• Shirlaws liability is limited to the paid registration fees for the event which will be fully refunded if a cancellation of an event by Shirlaws occurs.

• Unless specifically stated otherwise on registration materials, registration cancellations 5 working days prior to an event will  incur a 80% penalty fee of event registration fees.

• Please choose your event carefully. We do not give full refunds for a wrong decision or if you change or mind.

• Non cancellation or non attendance by a registered person/ business will result in full registration fee forfeiture.

• Registration cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations will be accepted by phone or email to eventsaust@shirlawscoaching.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

• All refund requests must be made by the attendee or the credit card holder.

• Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

• The above policies apply to all Shirlaws events unless otherwise noted in the marketing materials or other correspondence relating to the event.
